Our base pricing includes delivery, pick up, a certain number of days on-site and in some cases tonnage (the weight of your materials) is included. All inclusions are specified on each options page. If you have any questions please feel free to call or chat with us.

Please note:
> a travel fee may apply depending on where your project is within our service area.
> while we have not changed our base pricing since 2020, the rising cost of fuel and fuel additives required by the government have forced us to implement a fuel charge. This allows us to recover these fluxuations with the ability to also reduce them when pricing goes back down. We appreciate your understanding

We have a large service area but there are many outlying communities that do need service from time to time. Give us a call so we can discuss the specific needs of your project.
Your delivery day is "day 1". If the option you choose is a 3-day dumpster and it is delivered on Monday, your third day is Wednesday. You would need to call, text or email us on or before Wednesday to let us know you are ready for pick up. We will mark your dumpster as "ready" and put it on the list for pick up. Your pick up will occur after Wednesday. Please don't worry if it takes us an extra day to get there, we know you are ready and you will not be charged for our delay. Additional days are only charged if you fail to let us know you are ready for pick up.

If you are booking your dumpster service on-line, please pay attention to the days you are selecting for delivery and end dates. If you are booking a 7-day option and your delivery day is Thursday, make sure you select the following Wednesday as your end date so you are not charged an extra day (if you pick Thursday to Thursday, you would be charged one extra day since this is 8-days). We manually adjust your order for pick up after your 7th day so you don't get charged an extra day AND you get your full seven days on-site! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call, chat, text or email us. We are happy to help!

That depends on the quantity and locations of the deliveries and pick-ups we have on your delivery day. Our driver hours are 6am-6pm Monday thru Friday and Saturdays by appointment. We strive to get deliveries all out in the first half of the day but could be after noon when your dumpster is delivered. If you need to guarantee your dumpster first thing in the morning, you can select the arrival window during the check-out process. These guaranteed windows do carry an extra cost but they are completely optional.
There are several materials that the State of Arizona has designated as "special". These special waste items cannot go in the dumpster as they must be handled in a particular manner. Those prohibited items are:
HAZMAT (Hazardous Materials)
Tires - tires of **any kind**: bicycle, wheel barrow, dirt bike, passenter vehicle, truck, tractor, monster truck, etc
Wet Paint - if you have paint (spray paint, oil based, water based, house, latex, craft, etc) the containers must be open and empty or dried out. There are products available for purchase at any home improvement store that will dry out paint
Batteries - 9 times out of 10 when you see a trash truck on fire, it's because someone tossed a battery. This includes watch & hearing aid batteries, toy & remote batteries, golf cart, vehicle, boat & RV batteries. Did you know many 6v and larger batteries can be "sold" to auto parts stores for a few bucks?
Propane Tanks
Appliances with freon - appliances that do not contain freon are allowed in the dumpster. If you have an appliance that once contained freon (refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, etc) but that freon has be evacuated, it can be placed in the dumpster
Closed Barrels - barrels & tubs, etc must be open or cut in half and empty. Burn barrels are ok but must be open & empty
Oils & Other Chemicals - this includes cooking oils, vehicle oils & chemicals, cleaning products, fuels, lubricants, etc
Sewage
Sludge
Food Trash - if you need to dispose of food trash, we are able to accommodate this **but** food trash carries an additional cost due to the higher cost of disposal. We recommend you place all food trash in your regular trash cans to save this fee. If you need to put food trash in the dumpster, that's ok - just let us know at the time of booking so you can save money. All food trash must be bagged in trash bags and those bags must be tied.
If you have any of the above items and not sure what to do with them, please reach out to us as we may know places you can dispose of these items

The street is always the ideal place for a dumpster due to truck access... but sometimes the HOA doesn't want that or driveway placement is more convenient for loading (and keeping neighbors from "helping" you fill the container. We're happy to set the dumpster on your driveway if it fits.
Our 10 yard, 13 yard and 20 yard dumpsters were built with your driveway in mind and they typically fit because they are similar in length to a minivan (10 & 13 yard sizes) and extended SUV (20 yard size).
If you're looking at a 40 yard container, and you have a large driveway with plenty of access in front of your driveway for the truck, then we are happy to place it on the drive as well. Please take into account the risks associated with a dumpster on your driveway. Driveways are typically rated for up to 1-ton trucks to be parked. Our trucks are many times that size and weigh over 10-tons without any load. It is possible that your driveway will break or crack under this pressure. We always do our best to mitigate these risks but ultimately, we are not responsible for any damage caused to your driveway, etc due placement of the dumpster.
The only container size we **never** recommend on your driveway is our dirt / rock / concrete / asphalt inert recycle dumpster. When loaded with these heavy materials, this dumpster can get up to 50,000 lbs or 20 tons plus the truck. Your driveway should not be subjected to this type of load if at all possible to avoid.
Please do not hesitate to call us about your project specifics. It is our goal to make the dumpster process as simple as possible.

Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you've ordered or you may contact our office.
We accept debit processed as credit and all major credit cards. If your delivery date is more than a week out a deposit is required to hold the inventory for you. The balance will be processed 3-5 days prior to delivery. Card information will be retained on file per PCR Compliance. If there are additional costs due after pick up (example: you needed the dumpster on-site for additional days; tonnage in the dumpster was over the weight included in your option; prohibited items; damages, etc) these would be processed to the card on file.
We do not offer refunds, you can reschedule your service for another date as long as the change is made prior to the truck being enroute for delivery. The amount paid will remain as a credit for one year from the date the card was processed. After one year the full amount is forfeited.
AAA Roll Off does have contractors pricing for our ROC partners. Give us a call to get verified and set up with our special, contractors pricing. You can also send an email requesting the contractors packet. We look forward to working with you!
